Liquid Neutral Earthing Resistors (LNER) are often neglected but need to be maintained in first class condition for those times when they need to operate.

Rosh Engineering has discovered many severely corroded conductive elements, to the degree that the end of the element has completely disintegrated within the LNER.

Internal surfaces can be cleaned, the conductive element repaired, and all internal surfaces treated with a high conductive paint to ensure correct operation. The supply and filling with demineralised water and treating to the correct resistivity can all be carried out by Rosh Engineering on site.

External surfaces of the LNER can also be cleaned and painted during the maintenance work, or as part of wider substation painting operations.
