A comprehensive service for on site power transformer engineering is available, ranging from the preparation of maintenance programmes to the complete installation or refurbishment of the equipment. Arrangements can be made for our engineers to visit site for consultations on transformer problems. This includes inspection of transformers and ancillary equipment and the preparation of detailed reports and recommendations.

Testing of oil samples including general physical testing to dissolved gas analysis can be carried out. The results are interpreted using a UKAS accredited laboratory and  Rosh Engineering's extensive experience.  A problem solving capability is provided to achieve the most efficient solution.
Oil replacement or filtration can be carried out on site.  When applicable on line processing can be fitted.

New regulations governing the handling of oil on site were introduced from September 2002 and now require bunding of oil barrels to guard against spills. A low cost, effective, easily assembled solution is available either when Rosh is carrying out oil management on site or for customer's use within their works.
